PRICES : Prices and terms for our properties can be found under each property in the "properties" page.

REFUND/CANCELLATION : We normally require a £100 fee to resreve a property and begin the administration and referencing process. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE should you withdraw from taking the property but IS TRANSFERABLE to another of our properties.

PAYMENT OPTIONS : We arrange our rent collection payments via standing order. We also accept Credit or debit card payments through PAYPAL VIRTUAL TERMINAL. 
Credit and debit card payments are accepted for folowing reasons.
LATE RENT, ARREARS, FINES, FEES.
For late rent, arrears and fines a 4% surcharge will be added.

PRIVACY POLICY.

ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO JAMES OGG PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS NOT STORED OR KEPT BY OURSELVES AND IS NOT PASSED ON TO ANY THIRD PARTIES.ANY FINANCIAL DATA SENT BY EMAIL OR PHONE IS DESTROYED AFTER THE AGREED TRANSACTION.
