THE PROCESS

Contact James Ogg Property management to get the ball rolling.Let us know how many properties you have, where they are, if they are tenanted or not etc.
We will check with (and explain if neccessary) that all the required legislation is in place that you are legally responsble for.

These could be Gas certificates, energy certificates, Local Authority Licences(certain areas only). If these are not in place we can arrange a schedule to rectify this.
We will then assess the information provided and offer a proposal including an action plan and our schedule of rates.
Should you accept that then we quite simply get on with managing your investment.
We collect rents up to the last day of each month and make our payments on the first of the following month(3-4 working days for transfers.
We provide a breakdown of income, expenditure and keep you posted with anything you may need to know.
